Returns & Exchanges

At Weatherproof®, we stand by the durability of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition with all weather-resistant tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
